PASSLINER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase PassLiner comfort boot inserts (the "Product") as described in the order placed by the Buyer.
2. PURCHASE PRICE: The total purchase price for the Product shall be MSRP $34.95 ("Purchase Price"). The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price in full at the time of placing the order through the Seller's e-commerce website.
3. PAYMENT METHOD: The Buyer agrees to make payment using the payment method selected during the checkout process on the Seller's website. The Seller accepts payments through VISA, MC, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe.
4. SHIPPING: The Seller will ship the Product to the address provided by the Buyer during the checkout process. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship the Product within a reasonable time after receiving the order.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: The Seller's return and exchange policy is as follows:

• The Buyer must notify Seller of a defective Product within 3 (three) days of delivery.
• The Product must be unused (due to hygiene issues) and in its original packaging.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If Product is defective, Seller will cover shipping cost.
• If the Product is defective or damaged, the Seller will provide a replacement or refund at their discretion.

6. WARRANTY: The Seller warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 days from the date of delivery. If the Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period, the Seller will, at their option, repair or replace the Product.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Seller's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the Purchase Price paid by the Buyer. In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Purchase Agreement as of the Effective Date.
